Do you know why some bloggers quit? Are you planning to leave your blog? Some bloggers have good reasons why they leave. I bet that you notice a lot of bloggers are hard working. To me, I am a lifestyle blogger, but patience is my greatest key to stay blogging because that’s who I am. Blogging takes a lot of work. It does not necessarily mean that you write a blog every day. You can have some flexible time to make your schedule to blog. But, I am not saying here to make you quit your blog. No worries, I am just giving you some reasons why bloggers quit.
6 Reasons Why Bloggers Quit
- Bloggers hate writing.
A lot of bloggers are sick of writing every day as they do not have any ideas on what they are supposed to write. Otherwise, they feel they have failed because their writing skills are too rusty. And some bloggers say that they cannot write on account of that they know their grammar skills really suck! On the contrary, they should write 2-3 times per week so they can have more time to think what to write.
- Bloggers do not know their niche.
Bloggers attempt to find their niche, but they are not sure what niche they are blogging about. As a result, they fail because they write so many various things but their niche blogs are somehow vague.
- Patience is not the thing for bloggers.
Oh, really? Still, it’s no excuse. Some bloggers have no patience with their ideas of writing, as they feel that their writing ideas are out of order. In my understanding, ex-bloggers might feel guilty to not do something just because they do not work hard enough to think better and make a list to write outlines.
- Bloggers have blog traffic issues.
Bloggers do not understand the methods of blogging growing more traffic. If you think that your blog traffic does not grow well, it’s normal. But you have to know how blog traffic takes some time to build just like going from pre-school to high school graduation.
- Bloggers fail.
Many bloggers fail for different reasons. Some bloggers do not understand the blogging tools. Otherwise, some bloggers attempt to get help from tech savvy people, many bloggers are not skilled with the tech tools.
- Bloggers do not know how to make money blogging.
Many new bloggers are just starting to blog, but they have a hard time to understand how to make money blogging. Apparently, they neglect the warnings from experienced bloggers; they end up in a rush to make money blogging as they think blogging is a “get-a-rich-quick scheme.” Unfortunately, it is not true. Blogging takes a lot of work and patience; it takes time to make money.
Eventually, if you are considering to leave your blog, then I’d suggest that you examine yourself and your blog first before you decide.
